What is Meet & Greet Service?
Meet & Greet is a special service offered by TappAXI, where a dedicated driver will meet you at the arrivals hall of your airport, holding a name board to make spotting them easy. The driver will assist you with your luggage and take you directly to your vehicle, ensuring a smooth transfer to your destination.
TappAXI offers two types of Meet & Greet services to suit different preferences and budgets.
FREE TappAXI Meet & Greet
Our complimentary Meet & Greet service is ideal for those seeking a seamless transfer at no additional charge.
Once you’ve collected your baggage, simply notify your driver via the TappAXI app. Within 15 minutes, your driver will be at the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name.
You can also message your driver anytime through the app, allowing you to stay updated and in control.
Upon arrival, your driver will assist with your luggage to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Classic Meet & Greet
(£19 extra charge)
With our classic Meet & Greet service, you’ll enjoy a personalised experience, with the added benefit of priority attention.
Your driver will be waiting inside the terminal before your flight lands, carefully tracking your arrival time to ensure they’re ready for you, even in the event of a delay.
They’ll assist with your luggage and escort you directly to your car, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free transition.
If your driver is late, we’ll refund the £19 Meet & Greet charge – no need to chase us.
