At TappAXI, we aim to make your travel experience as smooth and flexible as possible. Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to change or cancel your plans. We understand that, which is why we offer a clear and simple cancellation process. Below, you’ll find all the important details regarding our cancellation policy.

How to Cancel Your Booking

If you need to cancel your TappAXI booking, you can do so easily within our specified time frame. Here’s how:

Step 1: Log in to Your TappAXI Account:

Open the TappAXI app, and log in to your account using your details. Once logged in, navigate to the ‘Bookings’ section in the app.

Step 2: Select the Booking You Want to Cancel:

Find the booking you want to cancel and click or tap on it to open the details.

Step 3: Cancel the Booking:

Select the ‘Cancel Booking’ option. You’ll receive an immediate confirmation of cancellation on the screen, as well as an email notification.

If you’re unable to cancel your booking through the app or website, or if you prefer to speak to a representative, you can reach out to us:

Via Email: You can also email us at info@tappaxi.com, and our customer support team will handle your cancellation request promptly.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time and receive a full refund. This provides flexibility in case your travel plans change unexpectedly.
  • No Refund: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled pickup are not eligible for a refund. Please make sure to cancel in advance to avoid any charges.
  • Refund Process: Once your cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Last-Minute Cancellations: If you cancel within the 12-hour window, you may still need to contact our support team, but unfortunately, the cancellation will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Amendments to Bookings: If you need to amend your booking instead of cancelling, please contact us, and we will assist with making any necessary changes.
